Job summary

Jumeirah Bali is seeking a Chef de Partie specializing in the Culinary discipline to join our luxury kitchen team. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes, manage mise-en-place, and support the Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef during service in a fine dining setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a luxury restaurant, strong culinary skills, and proven teamwork and time-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Ability to independently operate Wok, Grill, or Cold Kitchen sections.
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menus.
• Garnish, portion, and present dishes to standard.
• Maintain mise-en-place and support kitchen operations.
• Lead and train junior kitchen staff during service.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene, HACCP compliance.
• Assist in menu development and seasonal ideas.
• Monitor resources and report equipment issues.
