Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Front Office leadership in an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or other Property Management Systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver personalized luxury service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest recovery with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest areas to maintain cleanliness, safety and brand standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and assist in daily briefings across departments.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
