Job summary

Aksari Luxury Resort & Spa Ubud is seeking a proactive Loyalty Program Coordinator in Bali to drive CRM initiatives, design rewards programs, and manage member communications. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT to enhance guest engagement and loyalty metrics.

The role requires 1–3 years in loyalty programs or related fields, strong Excel/data analysis skills, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is preferred for guest interactions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, customer engagement, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong understanding of customer loyalty strategies, rewards programs, and membership management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and IT.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
