Job summary

Waterbom Bali is seeking an energetic Marketing Communications Executive to support our PR, media, influencers, promotions, partnerships, community, and in-park activities within our busy marketing team. You will coordinate media visits, influencer collaborations, and content for campaigns, working closely with Sales and Creative.

The role requires 2–3 years in marketing communications, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, and excellent organisational skills in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Marketing Communications, PR, Events, Hospitality or related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Confident, friendly people person with relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful and hands-on.
• Comfortable communicating with media, influencers, partners, VIP guests, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle media requests, coordinate media visits, and support media outreach.
• Coordinate influencer and KOL collaborations and manage deliverables.
• Support communication plans for monthly promotions and campaigns with Sales and Creative.
• Coordinate production of marketing assets and collateral with vendors and Creative team.
• Assist planning and execution of events and in-park activations.
• Support VIP reservations and community relations for premium guest experiences.
• Coordinate brand partnerships and sponsorship activities.
• Contribute to ongoing marketing projects across the team.

Marketing Communications Executive

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an energetic, organised, and experienced person to join our busy marketing team. This is a hands-on, people-focused role supporting our PR, media, influencers, promotions, partnerships, community, and in-park activities.

Job Description:

• PR & Media - handle media requests, coordinate media visits, support media outreach, and build relationships with local and international media contacts.
• Influencers & KOLs - coordinate influencer and KOL collaborations, host visits, FOC requests, and follow up on deliverables.
• Promotions & Communications - support communication plans for monthly promotions, campaigns and special offers, working closely with Sales and Creative.
• Content & Marketing Collateral - coordinate the production of marketing assets and collateral, including arranging photography/content requirements with vendors and the Creative team.
• Events & Activations - support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and in-park activations, and coordinate the comms plan for these.
• Community & VIPs - support VIP reservations and community relationships, ensuring our guests and community contacts receive a premium experience and communication.
• Partnerships & Sponsorships - coordinate brand partnerships, sponsorship requests, and related activities, helping to build and maintain these relationships.
• Marketing Support - jump in across marketing projects and activities as needed, working with all members of the team.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience in Marketing Communications, PR, Events, Hospitality, Tourism, or a similar role
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
• A confident, friendly people person who enjoys building relationships
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Proactive, resourceful, and happy to get involved and make things happen
• Comfortable communicating with media, influencers, partners, VIP guests, and internal teams
• Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through on tasks
• Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, communications and brand experiences
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced Hospitality environment
• Interest in Sustainability practices and values is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, Asana and standard office tools is helpful
