Job summary

Ayana Bali is seeking a Loss and Prevention Manager for our prestigious 5-star resort. The role focuses on reducing theft, accidents, and fraudulent activities while safeguarding guestExperience.

You will audit operations, collaborate with departments, and lead a dedicated loss prevention team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role at a luxury resort, be fluent in English, and hold security certification (Garda Pratama or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Fluent in English written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standards
• Work with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum of 2-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Eloquent in English both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Certified in Security (Garda Pratama or other relevant fields)
