You will audit operations, collaborate with departments, and lead a dedicated loss prevention team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role at a luxury resort, be fluent in English, and hold security certification (Garda Pratama or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum 2 years of experience in loss prevention at a large luxury resort
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Security certification (Garda Pratama or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraud
• Conduct audits and inspections across property to identify risks
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure policy compliance
• Lead, train, and manage a team of loss prevention professionals
• Maintain accurate incident records and reporting standards
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies as needed
