Job summary

• Deliver goods and supplies from Central Kitchen to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
• Follow delivery schedule and ensure timely distribution to outlets.

2. Vehicle Handling

• Drive company lorry safely and follow traffic regulations.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper care of the company vehicle.

3. Inventory & Store Management

• Receive, check and record incoming goods and supplies.
• Arrange proper storage of food items, ingredients and packaging materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain delivery records, stock records and related documents.
• Assist in stock count and inventory audits when required.
