Agung Logistics, a logistics and transportation company, is seeking an Learning & Development Staff (for Driver) to enhance driver training programs and drive performance through KPI reporting. The role requires developing curricula, maintaining driver documentation, and coordinating with field teams.

Ideal candidates hold a psychology degree, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and can work both independently and within a team in an operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct refresher training for drivers, including SOP, SCW, defensive driving, traffic regulations, and induction programs.

• Prepare and update driver job descriptions and work scope.
• Update driver data administration (BPJS Employment and Health registration and payment).
• Process driver THR (holiday allowance).
• Assist drivers in Skill Contest activities.

Learning & Development Staff (for Driver)

This role involves conducting refresher training for drivers and managing driver-related administrative and operational tasks, including training program development, performance evaluation, and coordination of driver activities.

Key responsibilities

Conduct refresher training for drivers, including SOP, SCW, defensive driving, traffic regulations, and driver induction programs

Develop and update training syllabus and learning materials

Prepare and update driver KPI and performance evaluation reports

Prepare and update driver job descriptions and work scope

Update driver data administration, including BPJS Employment and Health registration and payment

Process driver holiday allowance (THR)

Assist drivers in Skill Contest activities

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from Psychology major

Strong communication and coordination skills

Able to prepare reports and administrative documents accurately

Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Willing to work in operational field and handle driver coordination
