BYD Indonesia is seeking a logistics specialist to manage material shipments, coordinate with customs clearance, and ensure compliant documentation for import processes in Indonesia. You will liaise with multiple internal departments and external brokers, checking HS code classifications and Indonesia import restrictions.

The role requires English as the working language, with Chinese proficiency preferred, and a background in customs procedures and time-management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or above.
• English required as working language; Chinese proficiency preferred.
• Experience in customs clearance is preferred.
• Understanding of Indonesia customs and HS code classification.
• Good time planning and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage material shipments and delivery plans (CN-ID) and schedule.
• Coordinate with customs clearance agency and internal departments for information and HS code checks.
• Output opinions on classifications and restrictions and ensure documents are prepared.
• Transmit cargo details to broker and confirm shipping information.
• Update shipping status daily and compile monthly delivery data.
