Job summary

PT EXODO ECOMMERCE INNOVASIA in Jakarta is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery scheduling. You will monitor shipments and resolve delivery or customs issues, while working closely with sales and warehouse teams.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field, 1–2 years of logistics leadership experience, strong coordination and problem-solving skills, and English

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain as a leader.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Have communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery scheduling.
Monitor shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues.
Work closely with sales and warehouse teams.
Liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers to optimize cost and service performance.
Support continuous improvements in logistics efficiency and customer service.
Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way.
