Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a fast-moving consumer goods client in Jakarta to appoint a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager. You will lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations for a nationwide network, building a high-performing team of about 60 staff and driving inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 8+ years in logistics, strong route planning and delivery optimization experience, and a hands-on leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Strong logistics and transportation management experience within Indonesia.
• Proven track record in distribution, route planning, and delivery optimization.

• Manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for a nationwide distribution network.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 60 employees, including warehouse and logistics supervisors.
• Improve inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control procedures are implemented.
• Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound processes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Optimize delivery planning, transportation utilization, and route management.
• Consolidate deliveries where feasible to improve cost and service performance.
• Monitor delivery lead times and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manage company-owned transportation assets and coordinate vehicle maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement process improvements across warehouse and logistics operations.
• Establish operational KPIs and continuously monitor team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Strong logistics and transportation management experience within Indonesia.
• Proven track record in distribution, route planning, and delivery optimization.
• Experience managing large operational teams (50+ employees preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvement and change initiatives.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced and operationally intensive environment.
• Willing to come on Saturdays
