Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. invites applications for a Program Officer to support CHAI’s GiveWell-funded Lenacapavir study in Indonesia.

Based in Jakarta with travel to West and East Java, you will help secure BPOM/SAS approvals, coordinate LEN procurement to about 20 sites, and work on M&E with SI PrEP/SIHA, training staff, and engaging key populations for program uptake. You will join a mission-driven team advancing HIV prevention and public health research, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage for higher responsibilities.
• Experience in HIV/public health programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory approval processes (BPOM/SAS) and ethical review (IRB).
• Coordinate procurement and distribution to ~20 study sites in Java; monitor budgets.
• Contribute to M&E framework development and data extraction from SI PrEP/SIHA.
• Plan and deliver healthcare worker and CSO training for LEN service delivery.
• Support data collection via provider surveys and key informant interviews.
