Job summary

PT Yoke Food Industries Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to organize and monitor delivery operations, coordinate daily/weekly plans, and ensure timely, cost-effective shipments across land and sea.

You will determine vehicle type, create delivery orders, liaise with warehousing and 3PLs, negotiate transport rates, analyze routes, and generate performance reports. A bachelor's in supply chain and 2–3 years of experience are preferred, with SAP and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, or logistics.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics or a related role.
• Familiarity with domestic delivery (land/sea), 3PL, and rate negotiation.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Daily and weekly delivery planning and arrangement.
• Determine truck/container type based on product quantity, characteristics, weight, and dimensions.
• Create Delivery Order/Surat Jalan and track timely return of documents.
• Liaise with warehousing, transporters and sales for delivery issues.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Enquire and negotiate transport rates with 3PL and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Analyse shipping routes and methods to reduce costs.
• Generate reports for performance analysis and planning.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by supervisor.

Job description

This role is responsible for organizing, monitoring and managing Logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery and enquiring and negotiating transport rates with 3PL and vendors.

Key responsibilities

Daily and Weekly delivery planning and arrangement

Determine truck/container type based on product quantity, characteristics, weight, and dimension

Create Delivery Order/Surat Jalan, tracking and monitoring to ensure timely return of the document

Liaise with Warehousing, transporters and sales team for quick response in all delivery related issues

Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery

Enquire and negotiate transport rate with 3PL and vendors

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations

Analyse shipping routes and methods to reduce costs

Generate reports for performance analysis and planning

Perform other ad-hoc jobs/assignment requested by the superior or department head

About you

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, Supply Chain or a related role

Familiarity with delivery domestic (land, sea), 3PL, negotiate for rate transport

Microsoft Office, SAP

Good communication in English (oral and written)
