The role includes handling delivery/receipt administration, stock updates, and organizing logistics documents for audits. It also covers data entry into the logistics system and collaboration with team members on various tasks.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Administration, Logistics, Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in documentation.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO).

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of goods delivery and receipt.
• Assist in regularly updating stock, either through the system or manually.
• Organize and maintain logistics documents neatly for audit and reporting purposes.
• Input item, delivery, and return data into the company’s logistics system.
