Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or distribution, preferably inter-island.
• Knowledge of shipment coordination, tracking, freight/3PL coordination, logistics documentation and invoice verification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed at Jababeka Commissary, Cikarang.

Logistic For Outer Island (Senior Executive)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistic for Outer Island (Senior Executive) to manage and coordinate inter-island shipment activities, ensuring timely delivery, accurate shipment visibility, proper documentation, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

Coordinate shipment planning and execution for Outer Island deliveries, including dispatch coordination with warehouses, transporters/freight forwarders, and receiving locations.

Monitor shipments from dispatch until confirmed receipt, ensuring shipment status, ETA, and proof of receipt are accurately updated in the relevant ERP and/or tracking systems.

Maintain an accurate shipment tracker and documentation, including shipment status, ETA, issues, follow-up actions, and required delivery documents.

Identify and resolve shipment issues, including delays, damages, losses, and other delivery exceptions, by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely closure.

Support freight cost monitoring and invoice verification, including checking freight invoices against supporting documents and shipment records.

Analyze recurring freight costs, shipment exceptions, and logistics performance to identify opportunities for consolidation, route optimization, and cost improvement.

Prepare regular logistics updates and recommendations for management regarding shipment performance, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or distribution, preferably inter-island.

Strong knowledge of shipment coordination, tracking, freight/3PL coordination, logistics documentation and invoice verification.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Good coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
