Job summary

PT Cahaya Jakarta is seeking an experienced Logistics Field Head to lead and manage our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and delivery while maintaining inventory accuracy and on-time performance. You will supervise a logistics team, plan fleet scheduling, enforce SOPs and ISO/Quality safety standards, and develop the team through coaching.

Willingness to be stationed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of SCM, inventory, dispatch, and PPIC systems.
• KPI-driven mindset and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and delivery operations (receiving, storage, dispatch).
• Supervise and evaluate logistics team performance based on KPIs.
• Plan and manage fleet scheduling and delivery distribution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock opname.
• Ensure accuracy and accountability of logistics documentation.
• Ensure readiness of delivery vehicles and logistics personnel.
• Develop team capability through coaching and performance evaluation.
• Actively resolve operational logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, ISO, Quality, and Safety standards.
