Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience managing localization or translation projects.
  • Language: English; Indonesian optional. Technical skills: Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum.

Responsibilities

  • Lead localization projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Track project milestones and report performance metrics.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide regular project status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness.

The Role: Localization Project Manager

The Localization Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end localization and translation projects across multiple languages and regions.
