Job summary

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage vendors, oversee schedules and budgets, ensure quality, and drive process improvements to support global growth.

The role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to develop dashboards and executive summaries to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing localization or translation projects.
• Language: English; Indonesian optional. Technical skills: Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead localization projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track project milestones and report performance metrics.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide regular project status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards and executive summaries on project status, quality, delivery performance, and budget utilization.
• Analyze localization data to support strategic decision‑making.
