Job summary

PT Petrosea Tbk seeks a cost control professional to plan, track, and control project spending, ensuring alignment with the budget, supporting business objectives, and proper cost allocation across WBS and GL.

You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, analyze Capex spend, conduct periodic reviews, and help implement SHE programs to meet ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3/SMKP standards while working from project sites in remote areas.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation.
• Understanding of cost/finance concepts related to assets and projects.
• Ability to work in detail with strong reporting skills.
• Willing to work on project sites in remote areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track and control spending to ensure it follows the plan and budget.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cost reports and analyses.
• Control Capex spending based on economic analysis.
• Conduct weekly, monthly and annual cost reviews and reporting.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and manage risks.
• Ensure SHE Management System aligns with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP.
• Be willing to work at project sites in remote areas.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

• Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting system
• Good logical and analytical thinking.
• Willing to work at project/sites in remote areas
• Fluent in English, both
  spoken and written is an advantage
