PetroSea in Jakarta focuses on budget planning and cost control for heavy equipment operations. The role requires vigilant spending management, accurate cost reporting, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

The successful candidate will monitor Capex spending, perform monthly reconciliations, and contribute to asset costing and financial analysis while working on site at project sites in remote areas and communicating in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Min 1 year experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation.
• Understand costing and finance concepts.
• Detail-oriented with time management and reporting skills.
• Analytical thinking and English proficiency preferred.
• Willing to work at project/sites in remote areas.
• Strong SHE awareness and safety compliance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Plan, track and control spending to ensure alignment with budget and objectives.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cost reports.
• Control Capex spending based on economic analysis.
• Conduct weekly, monthly and annual cost reviews, reporting and analysis.
• Prepare Accident Damage Reconciliation reports on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including SHE Management System.
• Ensure SHE risk is well maintained and ISO/SMK/SMKP standards are met.

• Plan, track and control spending to ensure that spending follows the plan, supports business objectives, stay within budget Settlement (WBS, GL) and correct cost allocation Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cost Report

Control Capex spending based on economic analysis. Weekly, monthly and annual cost review, reporting and analysis are allocated and recommended based on analysis and review result.

Accident Damage Reconciliation report based on monthly period. Accident Damage Reconciliation based on monthly period is successfully reported.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

• Min 1 year experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation
• Understand concept and process of heavy equipment maintenance management
• Understand concept, process and performance indicators of Asset/Plant Costing and Finance
• Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting system
• Good logical and analytical thinking.
• Willing to work at project/sites in remote areas
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage
