Job summary

PetroSea in Kalimantan Tengah seeks a Diploma Engineer to oversee financial control of heavy equipment projects. You will plan, track and control spending, ensure adherence to budgets, and produce daily, weekly and monthly cost reports with clear recommendations.

You should understand asset costing and CAPEX processes, be able to analyze data, and communicate in English. Willingness to work on site in remote project locations and contribute to SHE and safety objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance management preferred.
• Knowledge of asset costing and CAPEX concepts is a must.

Responsibilities

• Control the spending of allocated budget within the financial period.
• Perform cost reviews, reporting and analysis daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
• Prepare Accident Damage Reconciliation reports monthly.
• Maintain SHE programs and ensure compliance with ISO/SHE standards.

• Plan, track and control spending to ensure that spending follows the plan, supports business objectives, stay within budget Settlement (WBS, GL) and correct cost allocation Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cost Report

Control the spending of allocated budget in within determined financial period. The spending of allocated budget is successfully controlled in within determined financial period.

Control Capex spending based on economic analysis. Control Capex was spent based on economic analysis.

Cost review, reporting and analysis on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis against allocated budget and give recommendation based on analysis and review result. Weekly, monthly and annual cost review, reporting and analysis are allocated and recommended based on analysis and review result.

Accident Damage Reconciliation report based on monthly period. Accident Damage Reconciliation based on monthly period is successfully reported.

• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min 1 year experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation
• Understand concept and process of heavy equipment maintenance management
• Understand concept, process and performance indicators of Asset/Plant Costing and Finance
• Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting system
• Good logical and analytical thinking.
• Willing to work at project/sites in remote areas
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage
