Job summary

PetroSea in Kalimantan Timur seeks an engineer to manage costs and oversee heavy equipment maintenance on a project basis. You will plan, track and control spend within budgets and periods, and review Capex against economic analysis.

The role demands understanding of asset costing, strong reporting and a detail-oriented, time-managed approach. Work at remote sites with English proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in engineering required.
• Experience in heavy equipment maintenance operations preferred.

• Plan, track and control spending to ensure that spending follows the plan, supports business objectives, stay within budget Settlement (WBS, GL) and correct cost allocation Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cost Report

Control the spending of allocated budget in within determined financial period. The spending of allocated budget is successfully controlled in within determined financial period.

Control Capex spending based on economic analysis. Control Capex was spent based on economic analysis.

Cost review, reporting and analysis on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis against allocated budget and give recommendation based on analysis and review result. Weekly, monthly and annual cost review, reporting and analysis are allocated and recommended based on analysis and review result.

Accident Damage Reconciliation report based on monthly period. Accident Damage Reconciliation based on monthly period is successfully reported.

• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min 1 year experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation
• Understand concept and process of heavy equipment maintenance management
• Understand concept, process and performance indicators of Asset/Plant Costing and Finance
• Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting system
• Good logical and analytical thinking.
• Willing to work at project/sites in remote areas
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage
