Job summary

TRIPATRA is seeking a senior Local Content Specialist to lead local resource strategies in its supply chain, ensuring regulatory alignment and optimal use of local suppliers and workforce. You will coordinate across functions to ensure compliance with relevant standards and reporting on performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in upstream oil and gas, strong procurement knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in EPC, construction, or oil and gas.
• 6+ years as Local Content Verificatory in upstream oil and gas.
• Knowledge of PTK007, PERMEN 15 ESDM and PERMEN 35 Perindustrian.
• Experience handling Tanda Sah with Ditjen Migas.
• Strong procurement knowledge and proven analytical abilities.

Job description

Responsible for ensuring compliance with local content requirements and promoting the use of local resources, suppliers, and workforce in the company’s supply chain operations

Responsibilities:

• Implement local content strategies to maximize the use of local resources.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Track and report on local content performance metrics.
• Conduct assessments to verify compliance with local content regulations and contractual obligations.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of local content strategies and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the EPC, construction, or oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Local Content Verificatory in the upstream oil and gas industry
• Have a Knowledge of PTK007, PERMEN 15 ESDM and PERMEN 35 Perindustrian
• Experience in handling the Tanda Sah process with the Directorate General of Oil and Gas (Ditjen Migas)
• Strong knowledge of procurement, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
