Job summary

Tripatra in Indonesia seeks a Local Content Verificatory to ensure compliance with local content regulations, promote the use of local resources, and strengthen supplier engagement in upstream projects.

You will lead assessments, track metrics, oversee PTK007, PERMEN 15 ESDM, and Ditjen Migas processes, and report findings. Fluent English and strong procurement knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain management, preferably in EPC/construction/oil & gas.
• 6+ years as Local Content Verificatory in upstream oil & gas.
• Knowledge of PTK007, PERMEN 15 ESDM and PERMEN 35 Perindustrian.
• Experience with the Tanda Sah process with Ditjen Migas.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong procurement knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the EPC, construction, or oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Local Content Verificatory in the upstream oil and gas industry
• Have a Knowledge of PTK007, PERMEN 15 ESDM and PERMEN 35 PerindustrianExperience in handling the Tanda Sah process with the Directorate General of Oil and Gas (Ditjen Migas)
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of procurement, tools, and methodologies.
