DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced LLP Senior Executive to support a strategic IBM account operation. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end lead logistics activities including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation coordination, trade compliance, and reverse logistics while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This is a critical role focused on KPI achievement, service delivery optimization, governance compliance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain network.

Your Impact as LLP Senior Executive

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary focal point between IBM, DHL operations, warehouses, freight forwarders, and regional stakeholders.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for service enhancement.

Operational Control

• Monitor end-to-end logistics operations including inventory, transportation, import/export activities, order fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
• Ensure operational activities comply with customer SOPs, contractual requirements, and DHL standards.
• Monitor aging shipments, backorders, inventory discrepancies, and exception management processes.
• Review daily KPI performance and coordinate corrective actions when service levels are at risk.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with Trade Compliance, GDPR, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, security requirements, and customer-specific standards.
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring timely closure of findings.
• Maintain operational governance, documentation, and record retention practices.
• Ensure full adherence to DHL Code of Conduct and Information Security requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

• Prepare KPI dashboards, operational reporting, root cause analyses, and performance insights.
• Identify transportation, warehouse, inventory, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support implementation of system enhancements, optimization projects, and new business transitions.
• Coordinate project milestones and ensure successful delivery of operational initiatives.

People Leadership

• Coach and develop team capabilities through training and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct performance reviews and development discussions.
• Support succession planning, cross-training activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain operations, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in customer-facing operational environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and project management tools.
• Advanced English communication skills and fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
