Job summary

Emtek Commerce seeks a dedicated Talent Scout to identify and engage potential livestream hosts across platforms like TikTok Live and Shopee Live. You will build a database of candidates and coordinate with operations and content teams to support auditions.

Ideal candidates have experience in talent scouting, recruitment, and influencer/KOL management, with strong communication, research, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively monitor TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce platforms to identify potential livestream host talents.
• Evaluate potential hosts based on communication skills, product presentation, audience engagement, confidence, and live-selling capabilities.
• Proactively approach and engage potential host candidates through social media, direct messages, and other communication channels to introduce opportunities at Emtek Commerce.
• Build, maintain, and regularly update a comprehensive database of potential host talents, including their profiles, experience, skills, and recruitment status.
• Coordinate with Host Operations and Content Factory teams to identify talent requirements, provide shortlisted candidates, and facilitate initial screenings or auditions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum experience in talent scouting, livestream operations, recruitment, or influencer/KOL management.
• Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and current livestreaming and live commerce trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify, approach, and engage potential talents.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with strong research, organizational, and database management skills.
