Job summary

AHA Commerce Indonesia is seeking a Visual Designer to shape the visual identities of brands across Indonesia. You will craft high- impact assets for social media, e-commerce marketplaces, and corporate touchpoints, aligning with brand guidelines and consumer behavior.

You will collaborate with Creative Leaders and Marketing to translate creative briefs into assets, iterate quickly, and manage assets with rigor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating craft in visual design, typography, layout and motion across digital platforms.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe CC including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Figma).
• Deep understanding of e-commerce user behavior and platform visual requirements (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Strong eye for detail, color harmony, and visual hierarchy aligned with brand identity systems.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills to articulate creative decisions and receive feedback.
• High degree of initiative and discipline to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact static and motion assets for social channels (Instagram, TikTok) and marketplace formats.
• Architect visuals for major marketplaces, optimizing banners, thumbnails and infographics for performance and speed.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across corporate touchpoints and partner brands.
• Collaborate with Creative Leaders, Strategists and Marketing to translate briefs into compelling visuals; iterate based on feedback.
• Systematize the internal asset library and ensure organized delivery across channels.
