Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Live Commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily streaming activities across TikTok Shop Live and Shopee Live. You will plan schedules, develop engaging scripts, and lead hosts to maximize product presentation and viewer engagement.

The role requires 2+ years in live commerce, fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets. Experience building live commerce operations from scratch is a plus.

Qualifications

Min. 2 years experience in live commerce or e-commerce operations.
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Live or Shopee Live.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
Familiar with the Indonesian e-commerce ecosystem.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience building live commerce operations from scratch is preferred.
Understanding of live commerce metrics such as GMV, Conversion rate, Traffic sources, Viewer engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage daily live streaming operations on TikTok Shop Live and Shopee Live.
Plan live streaming schedules, themes, and promotional campaigns.
Design live scripts, product presentation flow, and audience engagement strategies.
Analyze live performance and produce regular performance reports.
Guide hosts on product knowledge and presentation skills.
Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop and Shopee stores.
Develop strategies to increase live room traffic and engagement.
