Job description

Join the team building an AI-first company.

Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.

AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.

If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.

Our culture:

Guided by 10 company principles.

Your role at Hostinger

We're looking for a Linux System Administrator, who will help to build, monitor, maintain, automate, and support our growing global infrastructure, to enable our customers to use the services without a glitch. You will be working besides other System, Software, and Network engineers. You will dig deep, constantly learn, and gain knowledge to become the next top-level talent.

Your day-to-day

• Watching over one of the largest hosting infrastructures out there - physical and virtual servers, data-center-level networking, and everything in between - and reacting fast when something looks off;
• Owning incidents end to end: response, resolution, clear communication, and post-mortems that actually prevent the next one;
• Building and tuning alerting with Prometheus and Alertmanager, so the signal cuts through the noise;
• Working hands-on with Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform to automate and harden the infrastructure you manage;
• Handover with our Infrastructure Monitoring team in Kaunas and Vilnius, so coverage never has gaps.

What will help you succeed

• You have a solid Linux system administration experience with managing physical and virtual servers;
• You have an experience with incident management: response, resolution, communication, and post-mortems;
• You are comfortable troubleshooting data-center-level networking;
• You are proficient with Prometheus and Alertmanager for metrics and alerting;
• You have excellent written communication on complex technical topics;
• You actively ask questions and give and absorb feedback constructively;
• You write things down - the next person on shift depends on it.

Meet your team

You'll be part of our Infrastructure Monitoring team based in Indonesia, working closely with a small, tight-knit group who hand off coverage with our counterparts in Kaunas and Vilnius so nothing falls through the cracks. Day to day, you're in touch with data center technicians, systems and network engineers, and the teams that own the services you're watching - giving you a rare, wide view of how the whole infrastructure fits together.

Benefits you'll love

• 360° Growth: You'll never stop learning here. Get access to Reforge and CoachHub, go to global conferences, and borrow from our physical and digital libraries. Depending on your location, you can mentor or be mentored through TesoXchange. People give each other open feedback, share what they know, and take on new projects as their skills grow.
• Freedom & responsibility: Work where you do your best work: our offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Jakarta, or Luxembourg, your home, or anywhere in the world. You plan your own day and own your results, and good ideas go live fast.
• Wellness simplified: Your wellbeing comes first. You get time off to recharge, a Headspace subscription, and events focused on wellbeing. Depending on your location, you also get health insurance from day one, a gym membership, regular health checks, and clubs for sports, arts, and hobbies.
• Work hard – play hard: We celebrate wins together at Summerfest & Winterfest, Town Halls, team-buildings, and workations. Meet the Client sessions connect you directly with the people you build for. Milestones outside work matter too, so we celebrate weddings, new parenthood, and graduations with you.
