PT Tri Sakti Purwosari Makmur (KT&G Group) in East Java seeks a Legal Supervisor to lead its Corporate & Commercial Law function. This full-time role in Purwosari District oversees daily legal operations, manages staff, and provides sound counsel to support business strategy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with at least two years in manufacturing, and hands-on experience with OSS, Siinas, Trademark, and INSW processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• At least 2 years in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Experience with OSS, Siinas, Trademark, INSW.

Mansioni

• Monitor and review OSS investment reporting (LKPM), Siinas reporting, licensing applications, intellectual property registrations, contract management, and cigarette packaging compliance with PP 109/2012.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, government authorities, users, and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth operations.
• Monitor regulatory updates, provide guidance to staff, support corporate secretarial activities, and handle administrative matters and other tasks assigned by management.
