Job description

PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Legal Supervisor to strengthen the legal team and ensure robust compliance with Indonesian corporate laws, capital market regulations, and licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan OJK regulations, Indonesia Stock Exchange IDX rules, and capital market laws for a public company PT Tbk, including corporate actions, periodic reporting, and disclosures

Manage, review, and maintain all corporate licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals required for business operations at national and regional levels (OSS-RBA, sectoral licenses, etc.)

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, agreements, corporate documents, and board resolutions

Assist the Corporate Secretary in organizing General Meetings of Shareholders RUPS/AGM/EGMS, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining corporate books

Provide proactive legal opinions and risk assessments to management regarding business transactions, operational policies, and regulatory updates

Coordinate with external legal counsels, notaries, consultants, and regulatory bodies when necessary

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law (Master's Degree / M.Kn. is a plus)

Minimum 4-6 years of legal working experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically handling Capital Market regulations and corporate licensing

Law firm background combined with in-house public company experience is highly preferred

Deep understanding of the Indonesian Company Law UU PT, Capital Market Law, OJK/IDX regulations, and OSS-RBA licensing procedures

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written), with strong legal drafting capabilities in both languages

High integrity, analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
