Job summary

Arista Group in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Legal Supervisor to oversee corporate governance, commercial contracts, real estate law, and industrial relations across our multi-branch network. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Law / Private Law.
• 3-5 years in Corporate Legal, Real Estate Law, Industrial Relations, or Supervisory role.
• Experience in automotive or multi-branch retail is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal/external partners.
• Proficient in contract management, legal research, regulatory compliance (UU PT, OSS).
• Knowledge of labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and PP/PKB.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal compliance under Corporate Law (UU PT) and OSS licensing.
• Draft, review, negotiate commercial agreements; liaison with internal units, government authorities, and external partners.
• Lead legal due diligence, title verification and lease/sale contracts for property expansion and land acquisition.
• Provide oversight on employment policies (PP/PKB) and manage workplace disputes with external counsel.

About the Role

You’ll play a critical legal oversight role in safeguarding Arista Group’s business operations and expanding physical footprint. In this position, you won't just review routine paperwork; you will actively lead legal risk assessments, manage property and land acquisition legalities, navigate corporate compliance (UU Perseroan Terbatas), handle industrial relations, and manage end-to-end licensing and dispute resolution.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Law / Private Law (Hukum Perdata)
• 3-5 years of working experience in Corporate Legal, Real Estate Law, Industrial Relations, or a Supervisory role
• Preferred Experience: Working background in the automotive or multi-branch retail industry is a strong advantage
• Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to deal effectively with internal management, external legal counsel, property vendors, and government bodies
• Proficient in contract management, legal research, and regulatory compliance under Corporate Law (UU PT) and business licensing (OSS)
• Capable of evaluating operational legal risks and implementing strategic business safeguards
• Solid understanding of labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan), employment contracts (PP/PKB), and workplace dispute resolution

What You’ll Do

• Oversee legal compliance under Corporate Law (UU PT), manage business licensing (OSS), and conduct statutory legal research to stay ahead of regulatory updates.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and vendor deals while serving as the primary legal liaison for internal units, government authorities, and external partners.
• Lead legal due diligence, title verification (pemeriksaan legalitas tanah), and lease or sale contracts to support multi-branch property expansion and land acquisition initiatives.
• Provide legal oversight on employment policies (PP/PKB) and manpower regulations, while managing workplace disputes and litigation alongside external counsel.
