Korindo Group is seeking a Legal & Litigation Audit Manager to oversee assessments of compliance with laws and regulations, review contracts and documents, and identify risks and gaps. You will lead reviews of licenses, policies, and internal procedures while monitoring corrective actions and audit findings.

The role requires a law degree and hands‑on experience in legal audit, risk assessment, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years in Legal Audit, Compliance, or Internal Audit.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Review legal registers, corporate legal documents, policies and internal procedures
• Identify potential legal risks, compliance gaps, and control weaknesses
• Review and monitor business licenses, including validity, renewal, and documentation
• Identify potential legal exposure from contracts and monitor contractual compliance
• Perform audit testing and gather supporting evidence
• Prepare audit reports for management
• Monitor implementation of audit action plans

Identify potential legal exposure arising from contractual arrangements and monitor compliance with contractual obligations

Perform audit testing and gather sufficient supporting evidence

Conduct root cause analysis and assess the potential impact of findings

Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management

Monitor the implementation and completion of agreed audit action plans

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law

Minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor/Manager in Legal Audit, Legal Compliance, Internal Audit, Litigation or Legal Risk

Strong understanding of corporate legal matters and applicable regulations

Experienced in reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation

Experienced in risk assessment, audit testing, and audit documentation

Detail oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple legal/audit matters simultaneously
