Job summary

PT CEO Energy Asia seeks a seasoned Corporate Legal Counsel to manage legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for manufacturing and energy projects in Indonesia.

You will draft and review contracts, perform due diligence, liaise with authorities, and support corporate governance. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; travel to project sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate legal, preferably in manufacturing or energy.
• Strong drafting, review, negotiation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance skills.
• Familiar with OSS, licensing, and liaison with government authorities.
• Experience with external counsel, notaries, and government agencies preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Advantage for Advocate PERADI or Notary qualification.

Experience working with external counsel, notaries, and government agencies is preferred.

Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Admission as an Advocate (PERADI) and/or Notary qualification is an advantage.

Willing to travel to project sites and government offices as required.
