Job summary

PT INDOSAKU DIGITAL TEKNOLOGI is seeking a capable legal professional to draft and review loan agreements and security documents, and to handle a broad range of business contracts in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

The role involves negotiating with regulators, external counsel, notaries, and other parties, monitoring corporate documents, and addressing customer complaints arising from legal processes. Strong bilingual legal drafting skills are required.
