Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a skilled Legal professional to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor and third-party agreements. You will provide timely legal advice to internal stakeholders to support business operations and risk management.

You will prepare legal correspondence, assist with litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and support internal investigations related to customer complaints or alleged misconduct, contributing to Sun Life's high-performance, caring

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts including vendor/third-party agreements.
• Ability to provide clear legal opinions to internal stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and compliance in a corporate environment.
