Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a dedicated legal professional to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, and provide practical legal advice to internal teams. The role also encompasses supporting litigation and internal investigations to uphold regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to safeguard operations while maintaining Sun Life's standards, all based in Jakarta Selatan and on-site.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor and third-party agreements.
• Review legal agreements entered into by Sun Life Indonesia.
• Provide legal advice and opinions to internal users on regulatory matters to support business operations and risk management.
• Prepare legal correspondence and other legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation matters, including coordination with external counsel.
• Support internal investigations relating to customer complaints or misconduct by agents or employees and provide recommendations.

Job Description:

• Prepare legal correspondence, including demand letters, response letters, and other legal documents.
• Supportlitigation matters, including coordination with external counsel.
• Support internal investigations relating customer complaints or alleged misconduct by agents or employees and provide recommendations for follow-up actions.
