Job summary

RWS Group is seeking Legal Annotators to support AI training and evaluation for contract management platforms in Chinese (Traditional). This freelance, remote role offers flexible scheduling and immediate start.

You will collect and annotate multilingual legal data, analyze clauses and terms in international contracts, and participate in calibration sessions and quality reviews within secure client environments.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise in contract or legal domain with strong interpretation skills.
• Fluency in English and the target language (Chinese Traditional).
• Experience or familiarity with data annotation and ML data evaluation is a plus.

What You’ll Do

What we’re looking for:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language.
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks.
