Job summary

PT Indoned Company Consultancy (Indo-Ned Consultancy) in Bali seeks a legal consultant to be the primary contact for clients, advising on PMA establishment, licensing, and corporate compliance.

You will draft and review contracts, coordinate with government agencies and notaries, and ensure timely regulatory filings while delivering practical solutions for international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law with 1–2 years of corporate/commercial law experience.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken, with international clients.
• Good knowledge of PMA regulations, company incorporation procedures, and post-establishment compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with business licensing requirements and the OSS system.

Job description

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, identifying potential legal and regulatory challenges, and providing practical solutions.

Handle PMA establishment, corporate changes, business licensing, and corporate compliance requirements.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.

Coordinate with clients, government agencies, notaries, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally in English with international clients, both verbally and in writing.

Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a focus on Corporate or Business Law, and a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in the legal field.

Good knowledge of PMA regulations, company incorporation procedures, and post-establishment corporate compliance requirements.

Hands-on experience with business licensing requirements and the OSS system.

Ownership mindset, accountability and sense of urgency in handling tasks and client matters.
