Job summary

Indo Ned Consultancy, based in Bali, is seeking a focused Accounting & Tax professional to support client accounting and tax matters for Indonesian businesses.

You will handle end-to-end tax reporting, prepare financial statements, and collaborate with a structured team to deliver timely, accurate results.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience, be detail oriented, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, including end-to-end tax reporting.
• Practical knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, Pajak Daerah, SPT Masa/Tahunan).
• Professional English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients on accounting and taxation matters.
• Process client financial transactions, journal entries, and generate reports.
• Calculate and report routine taxes and ensure timely submissions.
• Prepare LKPM calculations and investment reporting.

Job description

Client Consultation & Management
Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding Accounting and Taxation matters. Facilitate tax and financial support for personal and corporate business.

Financial Operations
Accurately process client financial transactions, execute journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and generate timely financial reports.

Tax Compliance & Reporting
Calculate, prepare billing, and report clients' routine taxes (PPh, PPN, Pajak Daerah). Ensure accurate and timely submission of SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan .

Investment Reporting
Prepare LKPM calculations accurately.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

1-3 years of proven experience in Accounting & Tax position, specifically handling end-to-end tax reporting and financial reconciliations.

Practical knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, Pajak Daerah, SPT Masa/Tahunan).

Ability to communicate professionally in English (written and spoken), must have.

High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently within a structured team workflow.

Nice-to-Have

Experience working in a Consultancy environment, handling multiple clients.

Experience in providing direct client consultation and managing client expectations.
