Job summary

PT Hino Finance Indonesia in Surabaya seeks a detail-oriented Lease Analyst to join our financing team. You will analyze financial data for lease applications, verify customer information against credit indicators, and calculate key ratios to assess risk.

You will also help define terms and conditions for lease proposals and communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders. Fresh graduates with a numerical mindset are welcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience
Strong analytical thinking
Interest in numbers and financial data
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English (writing & speaking)

Responsibilities

Analyze all financial data for lease application proposal and check the validity & accuracy of customers data (minimum 5 C's of Credit), including counting financial ratios
Provide recommended terms and conditions for the lease application
