MAPID Academy seeks a Learning Operations professional to design, manage, and deliver comprehensive learning programs. You will oversee end-to-end operations from planning to execution, develop curricula, and optimize processes to create engaging experiences for every participant.

You will work with internal teams and instructors to ensure scalable, high-quality programs aligned with industry needs and business objectives.

Responsabilités

• - Manage the end-to-end operations of MAPID Academy programs, ensuring high-quality and efficient learning delivery.
• - Design, develop, and continuously improve training curriculum, learning paths, and academy programs aligned with industry needs and business objectives.
• - Coordinate training schedules, instructors, learning materials, digital learning platforms, and participant onboarding.
• - Ensure all learning programs are delivered in accordance with operational standards and provide an excellent learning experience.
• - Develop and optimize operational processes to improve the quality and efficiency of MAPID Academy programs.
• - Responsible the development and operational readiness of Corporate Training programs by establishing structured and scalable workflows.
