Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a proactive professional to support the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

You will review business processes, conduct benchmarking, manage consultative services to improve ICT-enabled learning, and help integrate and implement solutions with internal and external parties to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• Education requirement - Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
• Work Experience - Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Exposure to ICT in teaching & learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in reviewing and analyzing current business processes to enhance value through ICT.
• Support in designing, developing, and managing the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget.
• Support in conducting benchmarking of similar applications/programs/systems.
• Support in managing consultative service to improve effectiveness and efficiency of ICT processes.
• Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practices related to learning & development.
• Assist in integrating and implementing processes and evaluating need assessment results.

Support in designing, developing, and managing the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget, ensuring

Support in conducting Benchmark the similar applications/programs/systems.

Support in managing consultative service to improve effectiveness and efficiency process through ICT.

Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.

Ensure the collaboration within internal and external parties are well managed and achieve the projects’ goal and

timeline.

Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practice related to learning & development.

Support in analyzing and adopting the best method to approach and propose the alignment.

Support for Integration & Implementation process.

Support in evaluating the Needs assessment results and Proposed Finding.

Keep updated of emerging trends and technologies in learning technology and recommend innovative solutions to

enhance the learning experience.

Management Support Activities

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education and Experience

• Education Requirement - Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Work Exposure/ Experience - Minimum 2 years working experience
