Gentem Indonesia Lifelong Learning (GILL) Group membuka peluang bagi seorang profesional untuk posisi Customer Engagement & Enrollment Specialist di South Jakarta. Anda akan membimbing orang tua melalui proses pendaftaran, melakukan asesmen, dan merekomendasikan program Genstarkids secara tepat.

Peran ini juga mencakup koordinasi jadwal siswa, kelas, workshop, dan acara, serta dukungan kelas sebagai asisten bila diperlukan.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Psikologi.
• Kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik.
• Pengalaman layanan pelanggan sangat dihargai.
• Pengalaman penjualan akan menjadi nilai tambah.
• Pengalaman di bidang pendidikan atau konseling diutamakan.

Responsibilities

• Memandu orang tua melalui proses pendaftaran dan memberi konsultasi program Genstarkids.
• Menilai calon siswa saat asesmen dan merekomendasikan program pembelajaran yang tepat.
• Mendukung kelas sebagai Class Assistant bila diperlukan untuk kelancaran aktivitas belajar.
• Membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan orang tua dan siswa untuk pengalaman pelanggan yang prima.
• Mendorong pembaruan keanggotaan dan referral untuk mencapai target penjualan dan retensi.
• Mengatur jadwal siswa, kelas, workshop, dan acara.
• Menangani tugas administrasi terkait pendaftaran siswa, asesmen, dan keanggotaan.
• Berkolaborasi dengan guru dan tim operasional demi perjalanan belajar yang mulus.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Description

• Guide parents through the enrollment process and provide consultation on Genstarkids programs.

• Assist prospective students during assessments and recommend suitable learning programs.

• Support classes as a Class Assistant when needed to ensure smooth learning activities.

• Build strong relationships with parents and students to ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Drive membership renewals and referrals to achieve sales and retention targets (commission eligible).

• Coordinate student schedules, classes, workshops, and events.

• Handle administrative tasks related to student enrollment, assessments, and memberships.

• Collaborate with teachers and the operations team to ensure a seamless learning journey.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

• Good command of English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer service experience.
