Job summary

Pt Indo Kordsa Tbk is seeking a motivated final-year Industrial Engineering student or recent graduate for a hands-on internship on our manufacturing shop floor. This role offers practical exposure to lean concepts and data-driven improvements.

You will support Lean Manufacturing and Production teams in analyzing processes, production data, cycle times, capacity, and productivity; participate in time studies and Kaizen activities; and gain hands-on experience implementing small efficiency

Qualifications

Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or data analytics is an advantage.
Familiar with basic Lean Manufacturing, time study, work measurement, and productivity concepts.
Able to commit to the internship period from November 2026 - May 2027.

Responsibilities

Supporting Lean Manufacturing and Production teams in analyzing manufacturing processes, production data, cycle time, capacity, productivity, and process efficiency.
Participating in time studies, Lean/Kaizen activities, process improvement, and data-driven productivity projects while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
