Job summary

Pt Indo Kordsa Tbk is seeking a motivated final-year Industrial Engineering student or recent graduate for a hands-on internship on our manufacturing shop floor. This role offers practical exposure to lean concepts and data-driven improvements.

You will support Lean Manufacturing and Production teams in analyzing processes, production data, cycle times, capacity, and productivity; participate in time studies and Kaizen activities; and gain hands-on experience implementing small efficiency

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or data analytics is an advantage.
• Familiar with basic Lean Manufacturing, time study, work measurement, and productivity concepts.
• Able to commit to the internship period from November 2026 - May 2027.
