Job summary

GE Vernova Bandung is seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Technician to identify inefficiencies and implement lean improvements in the HGP cell. You will prototype with engineering using machining, welding and related processes to boost safety, quality and efficiency.

The role requires a vocational high school diploma and at least two years in manufacturing, plus hands-on welding, machining and air tools experience. Bandung residency is preferred for on-site CI work.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduated from vocational high school with major of manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or related disciplines.
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with continuous improvement projects and hands-on welding and machining.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety hazards and inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
• Create prototypes with engineering using machining, welding, and other processes.
• Lead final project items after prototype approval and document results.
• Gather operator feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Documentation of CI projects for work procedure updates.
