Job summary

OSI Systems is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage day-to-day receiving and shipping activities at our Batam facility. You will train operators, verify pallet counts from forwarders, and safeguard housekeeping in the receiving area.

Responsibilities emphasize reporting discrepancies to the Supervisor, supporting urgent parts for production, and upholding our core values of integrity and teamwork. Leadership experience and familiarity with Navision are preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. Senior High School.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Knowledge of MRP/Navision preferred.
• Experience in warehouse activities preferred.
• Good leadership skills.

• Maintain housekeeping in the receiving area.

Responsibilities

• To lead the day to day activities of the receiving/shipping team
• Conduct training for operator on the skill required
• Ensure material correct number of pallet received from forwarder
• Ensure that proper housekeeping are being performed on the receiving area
• Report any discrepancy to Supervisor.
• Assist Supervisor to handle urgent parts required by production
