Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. in Batam, Indonesia seeks a Warehouse Leader to oversee the day-to-day receiving and shipping operations. You will train operators, verify pallet counts from forwarders, and maintain clean, efficient inbound and outbound areas.

You will report discrepancies to the supervisor and support urgent production parts requests. The role requires a senior high school diploma, demonstrated leadership, familiarity with MRP systems (Navision preferred), and knowledge of PCB/PCBA assembly

Qualifications

• Min. Senior High School.
• Proven experience as Leader.
• Know MRP system, Navision preferred.
• Knowledge on PCB/PCBA assembly process, experience in warehouse activity is preferred.
• Good Leadership Skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day to day activities of the receiving/shipping team.
• Conduct training for operator on the skill required.
• Ensure material correct number of pallet received from forwarder.
• Ensure that proper housekeeping are being performed on the receiving area.
• Report any discrepancy to Supervisor.
• Assist Supervisor to handle urgent parts required by production.
