Job summary

VLink Inc is seeking an engineering lead to direct a development team in Jakarta Pusat. You will oversee design, development, coding, reviews, debugging, and technical documentation while coordinating schedules and ensuring clear communication across functions.

The role requires at least 3 years delivering technology solutions for enterprise systems, strong leadership, and agile experience. Banking/Finance domain exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System or Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering technology solutions and/or large-scale enterprise systems.
• Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Experience managing teams using agile principles; knowledge in Finance/Banking/Insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development team in design, development, coding, review, debugging, and documentation.
• Coordinate development staff schedules and ensure effective communication between team members and other functions.
• Resolve impediments related to technology or logic to keep the team self-organized.
• Maintain good relationships with team members, other divisions, and vendors.
