Job summary

PT IP Network Solusindo is seeking a Lead Security Engineer in Jakarta to lead a security engineering team and drive the design, implementation, and operation of comprehensive security architectures for networks, systems, and endpoints.

You will mentor staff, manage incident responses, perform vulnerability assessments, and coordinate penetration testing while ensuring ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS controls compliance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cyber Security, with at least 2 years as Team Lead or Senior Security Engineer.
• Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting security solutions including Next Generation Firewall, Web Application Firewall, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, VPN, and IAM.
• Certifications in Palo Alto PCNSP/PCNSE/PCNSP, Fortinet NSE/FCP/FCE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE/CCTE, HPE Certification, or JNCIA – SEC/ JNCIP – SEC/ JNCIS-SEC
• Understanding of Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, and Zero Trust concepts
• Experience handling security incidents, vulnerability management, and risk assessment
• Strong communication, analysis, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willing to travel for official duties as required

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support (Level 3) for complex security issues
